  • Nama-Stay is located at 111 Juniper Lane, Springdale, UT 84767, just 0.5 miles from the Zion National Park main entrance. We just 500 feet from the nearest free Zion Shuttle stop. A short 5-minute walk gets you to seven restaurants, a grocery store, gift shops, and more!

  • Due to animals already living on the property, we do not allow pets at Nama-Stay. Thank you for understanding.

  • Zion enjoys nearly 300 days of sunshine per year, but weather can vary greatly by season.

    • July and August are the hottest months.

    • December and January are typically the coldest.

    • November and December can bring surprisingly pleasant weather, making them great months to visit for Thanksgiving or the winter holidays.

    We recommend checking Weather.gov for accurate daily forecasts or consulting the National Park Service’s climate trends chart.

  • Yes! Nama-Stay is a peaceful, welcoming space for retreats and events including:

    • Yoga & wellness workshops

    • Women’s & men’s circles

    • Executive, educational, and spiritual retreats

    Groups under 25 people can both stay and host their event on-site. Larger groups often have attendees stay at nearby hotels while facilitators host activities at Nama-Stay.

  • We can host up to 25 guests total when booking the full property (Suites, Cabins, and Retreat House combined).

  • Yes, several transport options are available:

    • Closest Airports:

      • St. George Regional Airport (SGU) – 1 hour away

      • Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) – 2.5 hours away

    • Shuttles & Services:

      • Saint George Shuttle: Las Vegas ↔ St. George

      • Red Rock Shuttle (435-635-9104) and Zion Guru: can transfer you to Nama-Stay

      • St. George Express: also offers daily transfers (call directly for best results)

    Once you're here, the Free Zion Canyon Shuttle (April–October) is excellent for getting around Springdale and the park. A rental car is optional but convenient.

  • Yes. Sol Foods is just 200 yards (3-minute walk) up Juniper Lane. It’s a full-service grocery store with a deli, fresh produce, a bakery, and essentials.

    If you need a larger store, nearby options include:

    • Davis Farmers Market – 21 miles

    • Lin’s Market – 25 miles

    • Wal-Mart – 28 miles

    • Costco (St. George) – 35 miles

    Many guests stock up on groceries en route and use Sol Foods for re-supplies.

  • Endless adventure and creativity await! Some top activities include:

    • Hiking & exploring: Angel’s Landing, Zion Narrows

    • Canyoneering: Explore Zion and Glen Canyon’s epic slot canyons (Jonathan, a long-time guide, can help you find the right one)

    • Rock climbing: See Mountain Project or use Bryan Bird’s Free Climbing guidebook

    • Mountain biking: Visit Zion Cycles in town; top rides include J.E.M Trail, Guacamole, and Little Creek Mesa

    • Meditation, painting, photography. Zion is also a space for stillness and inspiration

  • Yes! Both are easily accessible from Nama-Stay:

    • Bryce Canyon: ~2 hours away

      • Leave by 8am, arrive around 10am

      • Explore trails like Peek-A-Boo and Bryce Point, or bike Casto Canyon

      • Limited dining; pack food or visit Ruby’s Inn nearby

    • Grand Canyon North Rim: ~2.5 hours

      • North Rim Lodge offers unforgettable views and dinner

      • Toroweap/Lava Falls: a remote, rugged overlook (~3 hours each way).

        • 6”+ clearance vehicle, good tires, and a spare are required for the 65-mile dirt road

        • Much quieter than the main North Rim (40k vs. 800k annual visitors)

  • Once you’ve placed your 50% deposit, your reservation is confirmed and we block all other inquiries for your dates. Cancellations are accepted as follows:

    • Whole Property Rental: 90+ days before check-in

    • Retreat House: 40+ days before check-in

    • Suites: 14+ days before check-in

    • Cabins: 5+ days before check-in

    Inside these windows, we do not issue refunds unless we re-book your dates. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through providers like TravelGuard® to protect against emergencies or last-minute changes.
