3. Reservations & Bookings

Reservations may be made:

  • Directly through our website (via Guesty or integrated systems)

  • Through Airbnb

  • Through approved third-party platforms

All bookings are subject to:

  • Availability

  • Published rates

  • Applicable taxes

  • Property-specific rules

  • Separate Rental or Retreat Agreements (if applicable)

By completing a reservation, you agree to comply with all house rules and policies provided prior to check-in.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through:

  • Stripe

  • Guesty Payments

  • Square

  • Airbnb (if booked via Airbnb)

Taxes and fees will be disclosed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on:

  • Booking platform

  • Reservation type (retreat vs individual stay)

  • Special event bookings

The cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be disclosed at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.

Separate Retreat Agreements may contain additional cancellation terms.

6. Guest Conduct & Property Use

Guests agree to:

  • Respect quiet hours

  • Follow all house rules

  • Comply with local laws and regulations

  • Refrain from unlawful or disruptive conduct

Alcohol consumption is restricted to permitted private areas and must comply with local regulations.

We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if guests violate property rules, local laws, or create safety risks.

7. Assumption of Risk

Nama-Stay is located in a desert and canyon environment near Zion National Park. Guests acknowledge that outdoor activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Hiking-related injuries

  • Wildlife encounters

  • Weather-related hazards

  • Uneven terrain

By staying at Nama-Stay, guests voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with travel and outdoor activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nama-Stay shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of personal property

  • Injuries occurring during a guest’s stay

  • Acts of third parties

  • Service interruptions beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the reservation in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

9. Third-Party Platforms

If you book through Airbnb or another third-party platform:

  • Your reservation is also governed by that platform’s terms

  • Payment processing is subject to their policies

  • Disputes may be subject to their resolution procedures

We are not responsible for the privacy or operational practices of third-party platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Text

  • Photography

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Design elements

is the property of Nama-Stay Retreat Village and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nama-Stay, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the property

  • Your negligence or unlawful conduct

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Severe weather

  • Utility outages

  • Public health emergencies

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
