ALL ARE WELCOME

More than a concert, Universe – Origin is an intimate sound journey where the warm, organic voice of the handpan blends naturally with the surrounding atmosphere, creating space for reflection, relaxation, and presence.
Whether you come to meditate, dream, or simply listen, each performance is designed as a unique experience shared together in the moment.

ALL ARE WELCOMEAn evening of mantra, meditation, breath, and authentic expression at Nama-Stay.
The voice carries more than sound. It holds our confidence, truth, creativity, and willingness to be heard.
In this experiential workshop, Jennifer will guide you through mantra, japa meditation, breathwork, kriya, and chanting. Together, you will learn a mantra and explore its meaning before entering a meditative practice of repetition, rhythm, and sound.
Breath and kriya practices will invite greater openness through the throat, expand your capacity for breath, and help strengthen the connection between your inner presence and outward expression. Through chanting, you will have space to explore vocal projection and experience your voice with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.
This gathering is for anyone who would like to feel more comfortable speaking, teaching, singing, communicating, or expressing themselves. It is an invitation to quiet the thinking mind, listen more deeply, and reconnect with the power already carried within your own voice.
No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are and bring a willingness to breathe, listen, and be heard.

ALL ARE WELCOMEKriya means action. Not effort or intention, but the movement that carries us from thought into lived experience.
We can spend an entire life imagining how things may unfold or replaying what has already passed without ever truly moving. Over time, purpose can become buried beneath hesitation, distraction, and the mind's constant activity.
This practice offers another way.
Vaughn Cruz will guide you through a grounded sequence drawn from the classical kriya tradition. The hour unfolds in three parts: movement to open the body, breath to steady the mind, and stillness to allow the practice to settle.
Together, these practices create space to step away from overthinking, return to the present moment, and reconnect with the clarity that comes through embodied action.
No prior experience is needed. Simply bring yourself, your breath, and a willingness to be present.

ALL ARE WELCOMEJoin us for an evening of sound, stillness, tea, and seasonal wonder at Nama-Stay Retreat Village.
During Zion’s summer monsoon season, the canyon begins to move in a different rhythm. Clouds gather along the cliffs. Wind passes through the trees. Rain may move across the desert, and distant thunder may roll through the valley.
This intimate gathering is an invitation to listen.
Tea will be shared as part of the evening, offering another way to arrive in the senses, settle into presence, and connect with the experience unfolding around us.
As the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls fill the space, you are invited to soften the body, quiet the mind, and rest more deeply within yourself. When the weather moves through, the bowls may be joined by the elemental sounds of rain, wind, and distant thunder, creating an experience shaped by both instrument and landscape.
No two evenings are the same. Each gathering is gently shaped by the season, the weather, and those who come together within the space.
Step away from the noise of the day and return to the stillness beneath it—to be held by sound, tea, season, and the quiet presence of the canyon.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are and bring what helps you feel comfortable and supported as you rest, listen, and receive.
This preserves the event’s original focus on the soundscape while making tea feel intentional without assigning it a place in the sequence. The current listing already centers sound, weather, stillness, and the intimate setting, so tea should remain a supporting element rather than taking over the offering.

Join us for an intimate evening of meditation, reflection, and sound in the Nama-Stay Pavilion.
Summer is the season of the heart. It creates possibility and holds the capacity to heal. When we communicate through the heart, we receive subtle signals that remind us we are truly alive. It connects us to the greater life force, bringing meaning, creativity, and joy to our everyday life.
When the heart is balanced and at ease, the spirit rests comfortably and brightens naturally within the body, allowing for deeper peace. When the spirit feels unsettled, it often reflects an unsteady heart—an invitation to refinement, strengthening, and awakening the invincible spirit already within YOU.
This gathering honors the central sun, the longest day of the year, and the light within each of us. Together, we will share a practice, meditation, and a gentle soundscape journey, inviting reflection on the season and your personal path.
