ALL ARE WELCOMEAn evening of qigong, mindful movement, and compassionate connection at Nama-Stay.
You’re invited to gather for a heart-centered practice that cultivates inner kindness, emotional balance, and compassion for ourselves and one another.
Through a gentle sequence of 18 qigong movements, Atonka will guide you in exploring the full spectrum of your personal and collective energy, potential, and vitality. Combining flowing movement, breath, and visualization, this practice invites you to release stress, open the heart, and reconnect with your body's natural rhythm.
As we move together, we bring awareness to the navel and belly center, inviting a deeper sense of grounding, inner strength, and compassionate living energy.
This gathering invites us to nurture the radiance within each of us while strengthening the shared energy we create in community. A space to move with intention, cultivate kindness, and carry greater balance and awareness into everyday life.
Everybody is welcome. No previous qigong experience is needed. Simply come as you are.
