You’re invited into the quiet presence of Zion Canyon for a women’s immersion rooted in ancient Oceanic and Hawaiian wisdom. This gathering offers a gentle return from noise, expectation, and constant doing into a shared space of stillness, rhythm, and embodied knowing.
Through simple, grounded practices such as hula-inspired movement, low vocal toning, and mindful stillness, you will be guided back into the steady, intuitive intelligence of the body. Together, we soften, listen, and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence that exists beneath the surface of everyday life.
Held in a supportive and intentional space, this experience invites a collective remembering that honors both the individual and the shared rhythm of women gathering in community.
You may leave with a clearer sense of your own rhythm, a deeper trust in your body’s innate wisdom, and a quiet knowing that presence itself is power.
This immersion is for women seeking less and deeper.

You’re invited into the quiet beauty of Zion for an evening of kirtan with Govind Das—an immersive, heart-opening experience rooted in the path of bhakti yoga. As part of his tour and in support of the Grand Valley Yoga Fest, this gathering brings together mantra, music, and community in a shared expression of devotion and presence.
Kirtan, meaning “to praise,” is a meditative and uplifting practice of call-and-response chanting. Through rhythm and voice, we enter a space that softens the mind, opens the heart, and deepens connection—to ourselves, to one another, and to something greater.
This evening is for everyone. No experience or preparation is needed—simply come as you are.

Join us in celebrating Summer Solstice! Summer is the season of the heart. Our heart creates possibilities, it holds the capacity to heal. Communicating with heart, gives us signals that we are truly alive. Our heart can sense the great life-force that gifts us great meaning to our precious life given. A calm and integrated spirit manifests through the health of the Heart. When the Heart is healthy we experience energy, creativity and feelings of joy. When a person is balanced and the heart is healthy and calm, the spirit can house comfortably in the body and we can sleep well at night. Because of the deeper senses of balance and peace. But when a person has experiences of a restless spirit, most likely it also has an anxiety in the heart. Meaning that the soul is wandering and unable to settle within the body landscapes. Perhaps these moments are necessary for a greater refinement for the heart to strengthen and fulfill the invincible spirit.
