When our pineal gland is lid, we can better connect to one another.
Through a healthy pineal gland, we can find clarity, greater concentration, and gain nourishing expansion in our awareness and consciousness.
Atonka will guide you through a gentle sequence of movement and mediation where you can connect your true, authentic self with the Light of your Spirit for greater clarity in unity
A place where we can find the opening to the inner eye that helps us find great solutions to many problems.
This class will gift you tools that ~ help you find solutions to many problems and limited beliefs
PREPARE FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time to set up your space
If desired, bring your own sheepskin (we have plenty of yoga mats, blankets, and pillows) for comfort
Bring what makes you most comfortable.
Dress in comfortable layers that are YOU
Eat a full meal 2 hours before, or a light snack if closer to the ceremony start time
If you’d like, bring crystals and a bottle of drinking water to be energetically cleared and amplified by the journey
*No parking at Nama-Stay. Please park in town and walk to the Nama-Stay Pavilion.
