The Heart | Zion Summer Solstice Gathering
Join us in celebrating the Summer Solstice with our community, family, friends, and visitors in the heart of Zion National Park.
Summer is the season of the heart. It creates possibility and holds the capacity to heal. When we communicate through the heart, we receive subtle signals that remind us we are truly alive. It connects us to the greater life force, bringing meaning, creativity, and joy to our lives.
When the heart is balanced and at ease, the spirit rests comfortably within the body, allowing for deeper peace and restful sleep. When the spirit feels unsettled, it often reflects an unsteady heart—an invitation for refinement, strengthening, and awakening an invincible spirit within.
This gathering honors the central sun on the longest day of the year, and the light within each of us. Together, we will share tea and a solar meditation, inviting reflection on the season and your personal path.
The evening will also include a gentle soundscape journey with quiet, renewing waters, along with summer foods and inspiring local art available for purchase.
Last year’s event was a beautiful, full gathering, and registering here will help us plan space and food with care.
PREPARE FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to set up your space
If desired, bring your own sheepskin (we have plenty of yoga mats, blankets, and pillows) for comfort
Bring what makes you most comfortable.
Dress in comfortable layers that are YOU
Eat a full meal 2 hours before, or a light snack if closer to the ceremony start time
If you’d like, bring crystals and a bottle of drinking water to be energetically cleared and amplified by the journey
Important
Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of this experience. Early reservation is encouraged.
We ask that you arrive 30 minutes early for the event.
There is no parking at Nama-Stay Retreat Village. Please park in town and walk or bike down to the Nama-Stay Pavilion.
