Monsoon Season Soundscape
An Evening of Sound, Stillness, Tea, and Seasonal Wonder

ALL ARE WELCOME

Join us for an evening of sound, stillness, tea, and seasonal wonder at Nama-Stay Retreat Village.

During Zion’s summer monsoon season, the canyon begins to move in a different rhythm. Clouds gather along the cliffs. Wind passes through the trees. Rain may move across the desert, and distant thunder may roll through the valley.

This intimate gathering is an invitation to listen.

Tea will be shared as part of the evening, offering another way to arrive in the senses, settle into presence, and connect with the experience unfolding around us.

As the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls fill the space, you are invited to soften the body, quiet the mind, and rest more deeply within yourself. When the weather moves through, the bowls may be joined by the elemental sounds of rain, wind, and distant thunder, creating an experience shaped by both instrument and landscape.

No two evenings are the same. Each gathering is gently shaped by the season, the weather, and those who come together within the space.

Step away from the noise of the day and return to the stillness beneath it—to be held by sound, tea, season, and the quiet presence of the canyon.

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are and bring what helps you feel comfortable and supported as you rest, listen, and receive.

This preserves the event’s original focus on the soundscape while making tea feel intentional without assigning it a place in the sequence. The current listing already centers sound, weather, stillness, and the intimate setting, so tea should remain a supporting element rather than taking over the offering.
