ALL ARE WELCOMEKriya means action. Not effort or intention, but the movement that carries us from thought into lived experience.
We can spend an entire life imagining how things may unfold or replaying what has already passed without ever truly moving. Over time, purpose can become buried beneath hesitation, distraction, and the mind's constant activity.
This practice offers another way.
Vaughn Cruz will guide you through a grounded sequence drawn from the classical kriya tradition. The hour unfolds in three parts: movement to open the body, breath to steady the mind, and stillness to allow the practice to settle.
Together, these practices create space to step away from overthinking, return to the present moment, and reconnect with the clarity that comes through embodied action.
No prior experience is needed. Simply bring yourself, your breath, and a willingness to be present.
PREPARE FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time to settle into the space.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.

IMPORTANT
Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience. Early reservation is encouraged.
