When a woman is in her grace, she dwells in her true identity. Join us for an evening of rejuvenation. It is Atonka’s sincere wish to help strengthen the servitude and spirit of the woman, while sustaining vitality in the body for a fulfilling and happy creative life - the pillars of our everyday wellbeing.
This is a monthly women’s gathering.
PREPARE FOR YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to set up your space
If desired, bring your own sheep skin (we have plenty of yoga mats, blankets, and pillows) for comfort
Bring what makes you most comfortable.
Dress in comfortable layers that are YOU
Eat a full meal 2 hours before, or a light snack if closer to the ceremony start time
If you’d like, bring crystals and a bottle of drinking water to be energetically cleared and amplified by the journey
*No parking at Nama-Stay. Please park in town and walk to the Nama-Stay Pavilion.
