We are excited to welcome you to Zion and our sanctuary that is Nama-Stay! Please read the following policy in case you should have to cancel or re-schedule your stay.

Once you have made 50% deposit, your reservation is confirmed and we deny all other inquires for your time period.

To receive a full refund of your accommodation cost, the units follow unique cancellation timeframes as outlined below:

Whole property Rental: Must cancel 60 days before your check-in date.

Nama-Stay House: Must cancel 40 days before your check-in date.

Nama-Stay Suites: Must cancel 14 days before your check-in date.

Nama-Stay Cabins: Must cancel 5 days before your check-in date.

*All cancellations made after the above timeframes will be non-refundable.

We highly suggest TravelGuard® or similar travel insurance policies to assist you in case of last-minute plan changes and emergencies.

If you must cancel within the non-refundable timeframe, we will make all efforts to re-book your dates and refund the recovered accommodation cost to you in the event that we are able to secure a replacement booking.
